USPS pick up schedule is every Wednesday.
USPS Priority Mail/International Mail packages carry insurance via courier. USPS First Class Mail/International Mail does NOT have insurance.
Packages marked "Return To Sender" will be refunded minus the cost of shipping.
Huetzca Health is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You must file a claim with the courier directly. If items arrive damaged, you must file a claim with the courier.
Huetzca Health is not responsible for packages that have inaccurate, incomplete, or insufficient addresses, phone numbers, or emails provided to us by the customer during checkout. Parcels marked as "Delivered" do not qualify for a refund nor replacement. You must file a claim with the courier if you have not received items marked as "Delivered." Parcels marked as "Abandoned" do not qualify for a refund nor replacement. A claim can not be filed on packages marked "Abandoned."
All international orders may be subject to import fees/duties and local taxes that are the customer's responsibility to remit. Huetzca Health has no control over international carriers, customs policies, nor package arrival time frames.
Perfumes may not be shipped internationally due to flight restrictions.
No refunds are given if a package is refused for delivery at customs or failed delivery attempts by courier.
International orders are abandoned if delivery is unsuccessful. International orders are not eligible for "Return To Sender." Attempts of "Return to Sender" are treated as abandoned, and customs or the courier shall discard the parcel.
