Tonehua Soak: Pain Relief | Recovery
$23.00 – $43.00
Tonehua (Toh-NEH-wah) “to hurt, to suffer pain”
All-purpose pain relief from inflamed, hot to the touch areas, muscular overexertion, recent injury, swollen joints, pinched nerves, sprains, bruises, etc. Ideal for areas you would normally use ice.
An essential staple for the home pain management kit.
This formula was born of my own need to manage pain from an injury that resulted in several herniated discs; impaired my ability to walk for 3 months coupled with excruciating nerve pain which radiated along my legs. This soak applied as a compress as part of my recovery treatment kept the pain from being all-encompassing.
How to Use
As a compress:
- Dilute soak with equal parts with water (ex: 3 oz Tonehua soak with 3 oz water)
- Submerge cloth into the diluted soak and firmly squeeze excess soak from cloth until damp without dripping.
- Wrap with a bandage; should be firmly in place but not so tight that it restricts circulation.
As hand soak:
- Add 1-2 oz Tonehua Soak into a basin with 32 oz of water
- Submerge hand in the water for 20 min
As a foot soak:
- Add 1-3 oz Tonehua Soak into a basin with 64 oz of water
- Submerge hand in the water for 20 min
As bath soak:
- Start with 4 oz up to 8 oz Tonehua Soak into the bath.
